The Review Company provides NFC enabled Google review tiles to help businesses collect customer reviews quickly and effortlessly.

2. Our Products
The Review Company supplies pre-programmed NFC enabled tiles designed to direct customers to a specified Google Business Profile review page when tapped with a compatible smartphone.
Each tile is:
Pre-programmed before shipping with your Google Business Profile details
Designed for single location use and linked to one Google Business Profile per tile
Compatible with NFC enabled smartphones including iPhones from iPhone 7 onwards and the majority of modern Android devices
Requires no power source, WiFi connection or batteries to operate
3. Ordering
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by The Review Company
By placing an order you confirm that the information you have provided including your Google Business Profile details is accurate and complete
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed we will contact you to gather the necessary information required to programme your tile
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout
The Review Company reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice, however any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed
5. Device Configuration
To programme your tile we will request your Google Business Profile details
By providing these details you confirm that you are the authorised owner or manager of the Google Business Profile in question
We will use these details solely for the purpose of programming your tile and will handle them in accordance with our Privacy Policy
The Review Company accepts no responsibility for errors in programming resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframe stated on our website following receipt of full payment and all required configuration information
Delivery timescales are estimates only and The Review Company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third party courier services
Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours of delivery
7. Returns and Refunds
As each tile is custom programmed to your specific Google Business Profile, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty or has been incorrectly programmed
If your tile arrives damaged or is not functioning correctly please contact us at sales@thereviewcompany.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and returned to the original payment method
8. Product Use and Placement
For optimal performance we recommend placing your tile at least 5 to 10cm away from other NFC enabled devices including card readers and contactless payment terminals
The Review Company accepts no responsibility for interference or malfunction caused by incorrect placement of the tile in close proximity to other NFC devices
The tile should be placed in a suitable location that is accessible to customers but protected from excessive moisture, heat or physical damage
9. Limitations of Liability
The Review Company will fulfil all orders with reasonable care and skill
We accept no liability for any loss of revenue, business or profits arising from the use or inability to use our products
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
10. Google Business Profile
The Review Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Google in any way
The functionality of our tiles is dependent on Google Business Profile remaining available and accessible
The Review Company accepts no responsibility for any changes made by Google to its platform that may affect the performance of our products
It is the customer's responsibility to maintain an active and verified Google Business Profile
11. Intellectual Property
All content on The Review Company website including text, images, logos and graphics is the intellectual property of The Review Company and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
12. Privacy
The Review Company processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy at thereviewcompany.co.uk for full details of how we collect, use and store your data.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
